Goals: Provide color all year without having to add annuals
each year and season.
Solutions: Add layers of perennials, shrubs and trees to provide
colorful interest no matter the season. With good design,
what was once a flowing beauty in the summer will add leaf
color as it dies back in the fall. What was once a green summer
tree will bloom mid-winter and provide interesting berries
and bark patterns all winter!
