Sara Zagrean

Property Manager Assistant

Sara enjoys adventure, spending time with her family, photography & finding new places to eat.

Born & raised in Washington state, Sara is a first-generation Romanian/American coming from a close-knit family of 14! She is #10 out of 12 kids.

Sara’s first job was as a housekeeper at Little Creek Casino Resort in Shelton in 2016. After 8 strong months, her superiors offered her a job working at the front desk. Terrified of the idea, Sara said no! After a second thought, she realized she was saying no out of fear. From that day forward, she decided to change her no to a yes and chase after any opportunities that scared her. After working her way up, learning the ins and outs of the company & doing exceedingly well, she knew she could conquer anything she set her mind to. From hospitality & customer service, working with children, as a home care aid for elderly, and property management- she’s acquired very diverse skills.

In April 2023, Sara moved to Maui, Hawaii where she quickly got a job in vacation rental property management. Working through the devastation of the Maui fires, Sara’s compassion & strive grew more. She returned to WA in August 2024 and aimed to further her career in property management. Her hard work in Hawaii gave her a foot in the door for more and she couldn’t be more grateful. In September, she became a part of the Olympic Rentals team learning as an Assistant Property Manager, excitedly studying to obtain her Real Estate License to become a Property Manager/Broker.
