Steve Braillard
Maintenance Coordinator
My goals of fixing things and making them better drives my daily pursuits. Property Management and Maintenance provides me an opportunity to help people live more comfortably in their homes, while doing a job that I love.
Steve’s entrance into the Property Management and Maintenance field began in the late 1970s when he had the opportunity to manage an apartment community. This was initially only meant to supplement his income, but forty years later, he is still in the business. His maintenance skills have taken him to wide ranging opportunities. Steve had the privilege of working for a non-profit whose purpose is to get homeless teens off the streets of San Francisco, working in Honolulu maintaining military housing in Pearl Harbor and working for a large Canadian company who owned or managed over one thousand units in a city with three universities. As a young man, watching his father fix or build whatever he needed taught him much about the value of repairing things. Steve is now our lead maintenance technician first having joined us in 2008 as a part time employee shared with Community Youth Services.
