Amanda Wolsborn
Property Manager / Broker
Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking a paddle in her kayak, and taking her two Goldendoodles on hikes.
Born and raised in the great PNW, Amanda grew up just east of Portland, OR. She went to Oregon State University and graduated with a Double Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Marketing in 2012. In 2013, she began her career in property management as a Leasing Agent for a 224-unit multi-family apartment community in Oregon. She worked her way up to Manager and found her way to Olympia in late 2014 to be closer to family. She was promoted to Area Manager and oversaw 5 large apartment complexes (nearly 900 units). It was shortly after this promotion she realized that wasn’t where she could be most successful. She missed working with a “team” and being hands on with residents, owners, and prospective residents. This need for transition led Amanda to Olympic Rentals!
In 2021, Amanda happily started her new career with Olympic Rentals, entered a rapid training program and quickly earned her real estate license to become a Property Manager/Broker. Amanda is currently the Treasurer of the Southwest Washington Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
