Kim Mulligan, RMP®
Pierce County Team / Owner / Broker
Kim enjoys travel, wine tasting and most importantly, being a proud grandmother.
Born and raised in the Olympia area, Kim began her property management career in a high school/vocational tech program as an intern. Working in the accounting department prior to small business computer technology, she remembers hand-written ledgers, conducting all rent transactions via snail mail or in person, going to the bank to make deposits and phones with chords! At that time, everything was personalized; she still brings that spirit to our modern office. She started as an on-site multi-family manager and in 1993 obtained her real estate license and worked in sales for a short time before moving to single-family management.
She is a long-time member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and holds the RPM (Residential Management Professional) designation. Having served the Southwest Washington Chapter as Treasurer, Vice Present and President, she is currently a member of the Pierce County Chapter and past Treasurer. She joined Olympic Rentals in 2013 with the express purpose to develop the Pierce County Division. She has two sons, one an Engineer, the other a Helicopter Mechanic in the US Marine Corps, two daughter in-laws and two spunky grandsons.
