Ryann Keller
Property Manager / Broker

Ryann enjoys spending time with her friends and family and playing with her 5lb chihuahua Minnie!

Ryann’s first job at age 15 was an administrative position at local real estate brokerage in Olympia, WA. This is where she quickly found that this is the industry where she belonged. She loved the fast-paced environment and the opportunity for making endless connections with clients and people in the industry. Ryann work there for 3 years before moving to Ellensburg, WA to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources. After 2 years in Ellensburg, she began to miss her home and switched to online school to finish out her last few quarters. Shortly after her return, her old firm recommended her for the opening at Olympic Rentals and started here in late 2022 in a Property Manager Assistant position.

After starting with Olympic Rentals, she went through a rapid training program learning as an assistant in the office and earned her real estate license to become a Property Manager/Broker in April 2023. Since then, she has been continuously learning the responsibilities and role of being a Property Manager/Broker. Her favorite part about working with Olympic Rentals is being a part of a team that strives to make connections and provide genuine care and support to our owners, tenants, and members all around us in the community.
